Staking a claim in the new world.
Azwaldo Villota has staked a relinquished his claim in the Longfin region. Land management: Ownership, prim budgets, terra-forming, and group roles with accompanying priveleges are learned through ownership of land, in Second Life. There is no substitute.
The first build—a compromise between experimentation and accommodating newer users—will serve as a meeting place. Several residents have described advantages for newer users in having familiar surroundings as they explore this technology.
The newest project will be an experiment in asynchronous communication between participants in a meeting that will be held later.
