		<description>Hi John!

You&#039;ve made me blush! So now its my turn.....

When thinking about how to describe your role in the grand scheme of things, the image that immediately came to mind was that of a stone being dropped in to the water of a still pond. As soon as the stone breaks the surface tension of the water and enters its depths, it set of a chain reaction of rings that multiply and spread ever outwards. To me that is what you do. From the seed you plant, many ideas grow.
